Salvadent Smile

Do not blindly trust beautiful reviews about Salva Dent Smile in Moldova. My experience was completely different. Treatment of tooth No. 37 by Dr. Ciperi Vitalie lasted almost a month. During treatment, the endodontic instrument broke. The chief doctor personally called me and assured me that all the fragments had been removed and there was no metal left in the tooth. However, two remaining fragments were discovered in Turkey. During the treatment in Moldova, the anesthesia did not work properly, and the procedures were accompanied by excruciating pain. In Turkey, the anesthesia worked, and another specialist performed repeat endodontic treatment in three visits. I sent an official complaint and medical documents to Salva Dent Smile, but the response period set by the clinic itself expired, and I never received a meaningful response. A separate question is why the name of the attending physician is not indicated on the clinic’s website, despite the fact that it was with him that I received treatment. After such an experience, I cannot unconditionally trust the beautiful ratings and positive reviews. Before you trust this clinic with your health, think carefully. Beautiful promises may hide a completely different patient experience.
