1. Data We Collect
Data you provide: name, phone, e-mail, preferred date/time and comment at booking; name and text for reviews; name and contacts for advertising requests. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, pages and referral source — when analytics is enabled. Cookies (see cookie section).
2. Legal Bases
We process data based on: your consent (analytics, cookies, review publication); necessity to provide the service — forwarding your booking to the chosen clinic (at your request); our legitimate interest in security and site improvement; legal requirements.
3. Purposes
Data is used only to: forward booking requests to the selected clinic; publish approved reviews; respond to advertising requests; anonymized analytics and site improvement; site operation and security.
4. Cookies and Consent Management
We use categories: “Necessary" (site operation and storing your choice — always on), “Functional" (clinics map) and “Analytics" (visit statistics). Functional and analytics run only after your consent. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via the “Cookie settings" link in the site footer.
5. Google Analytics
With consent for “Analytics" we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) with Consent Mode and IP anonymization. Without consent, analytics does not run. This may involve transfer of data outside Moldova/EU with appropriate safeguards.
6. Map and Geolocation
The map loads only after consent for “Functional" cookies and uses OpenStreetMap and CARTO; loading the map sends your IP address to these services (technical necessity). Locating you (“where am I") happens only with browser permission and only to show nearby clinics — coordinates are not stored on the server.
7. Data Sharing
Booking requests are sent to the clinic you choose. We use service providers (hosting, Google Analytics, OpenStreetMap/CARTO map services). We do not sell your data. Some processing (e.g. Google) may occur outside Moldova with legally required safeguards.
8. Retention
Bookings — up to 1 year. Advertising requests — up to 1 year. Reviews — published indefinitely (deletion on request). Anonymized visitor-journey analytics — up to 90 days. Cookie consent — up to 12 months or until withdrawn.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior lawful processing). To exercise them, write to admin@topdental.md. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP), datepersonale.md.
